Terms of Service
The terms that apply to najmarketing.co, and to Nexus and Bloom, the internal and client tools it links to.
Last updated September 2026.
Who this covers
These terms cover najmarketing.co (the public site), Nexus (NAJ’s internal operations tool), and Bloom (the client portal) — one agreement across all three doors. Using any of them means you accept these terms. They don’t cover a client’s own website, ad accounts, or other tools NAJ manages on their behalf; those are governed by the client’s own agreements and the platforms’ own terms.
What NAJ provides
NAJ Marketing & Business Development is a marketing and business development agency. The specific services for a given client — strategy, content, paid media, web/app builds, reporting, or any combination — are set out in that client’s own signed proposal or contract, not by this page. Where this page and a signed contract disagree on a commercial term (scope, price, deliverables), the signed contract governs.
Accounts
- Nexus accounts (NAJ staff) are created by an existing owner or admin, not by self-signup. Keep your credentials to yourself — an account is tied to one person, and anything done under it is treated as done by that person.
- Bloom accounts (NAJ clients) are created when NAJ sets up a client relationship. A client is responsible for who on their side has access and for keeping that access current as their team changes.
- Either portal can be deactivated by NAJ if an account is used to do something these terms don’t allow, or at a client’s request when their engagement ends.
Payments
Where Bloom’s Billing page is used to pay an invoice, payment is processed directly by Stripe — NAJ never receives or stores card details, only the resulting payment status. Retainer and project fees, payment terms, and what happens if a payment is late are set by the client’s own contract, not by this page. A missed payment can result in work being paused until the account is current.
Acceptable use
Whether you’re NAJ staff or a client using Bloom, don’t:
- Use Nexus or Bloom to store or transmit anything unlawful, infringing, or that you don’t have the right to share.
- Attempt to access another client’s data, another account, or any part of the system your role isn’t meant to reach.
- Probe, scan, or attempt to disrupt either portal’s security or availability.
- Use the public site’s forms (contact, briefs, the startup readiness survey) to send spam, malware, or automated abuse.
An account used this way can be suspended or terminated without notice.
Content and ownership
A client owns their own brand assets, existing content, and data — connecting an ad account or granting Drive access doesn’t transfer ownership of anything to NAJ. Deliverables NAJ creates for a client (creative, code, strategy documents) belong to that client once paid for in full, per the terms of their own contract, unless that contract says otherwise. najmarketing.co’s own content — this site, its design, and Nexus/Bloom themselves — belongs to NAJ.
Third-party services
Nexus and Bloom are built on, and connect to, third-party services — Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Google (Drive, Ads, Analytics), and Meta, among others (see the Privacy Policy for the full list and what each is used for). Each of those services has its own terms and availability; NAJ isn’t responsible for their outages or changes, though a prolonged one may affect what a feature in Nexus or Bloom can currently show.
No warranty, and where liability stops
najmarketing.co, Nexus, and Bloom are provided as they are. NAJ works to keep them accurate, available, and secure, but doesn’t guarantee uninterrupted access or that every number synced from a third-party platform is error-free — see the per-integration notes in how each connection is built if that level of detail matters to you. To the extent the law allows, NAJ isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using these tools; nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited, or overrides a specific commercial commitment made in a client’s own signed contract.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Using najmarketing.co, Nexus, or Bloom after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
NAJ operates from Egypt, and these terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles — unless a client’s own signed contract specifies otherwise, in which case that contract governs for that relationship.
