PR & Influence · The department

The right people, saying the right thing,on their own feeds.

Creator collaborations, launches and press for brands in Egypt and the Gulf. We find the people whose audience is your audience, invite them into a room worth photographing, brief them like partners, and measure what came back.

What the department does

Six things,done properly.

  1. 01

    Creator & influencer collaborations

Casting by audience, not follower count. We shortlist from our own roster and from the wild, brief in the creator's language, agree the deliverables and the usage, and stay on the thread until it's posted.

    Pink Swan × Trindiva
  2. 02

    Launches, events & activations

The invitation, the guest list, the run of the day, the table, the content corner and the gift bag. A launch is a room designed to be photographed and a programme that gives everyone a reason to post.

    The Opening · 9 August
  3. 03

    Gifting & seeding

What goes in the bag is a brand decision. We curate it, produce it, write the card and track who received what, so the unboxing looks like the brand and the follow-up isn't awkward.

The Glide Tote · The Lake Cup
  4. 04

    Press & media relations

A contact book we keep warm, pitches written for one editor at a time, and coverage logged with its tier, sentiment and reach. No blast lists.

Pitched one editor at a time
  5. 05

    Reputation & community

Comment sections, DMs, the review that needs a reply tonight, and the plan for the week something goes wrong. Reputation is a daily habit, not a crisis plan in a drawer.

    Measurement & reporting

Every pitch, placement and collaboration is logged in Nexus with reach, tier and sentiment, so the month ends with a report that says what the attention was worth, not a folder of screenshots.

    Pink Swan · The Opening

    Building 10, 3rd floor · District 5, New Cairo

An invitation-only afternoon for the women we wanted in the room first. Two signature reformer sessions so every guest had her own reformer and her own hour, a long table by Nude Bakery, a content corner styled for the light, and a gift bag nothing in which we wouldn't put on our own bedside table. Every guest could bring one friend; the first thirty to reserve got something extra.

How a collaboration runs

Six steps,no surprises.

  1. 01

    Scout

We map who your audience already listens to, from our roster and beyond it, and rank them by fit: niche, audience size, the kind of work they want.

  2. 02

    Shortlist

You see the shortlist with the reasons, not a spreadsheet of handles. We agree the mix: a few who reach, a few who convince.

  3. 03

    Brief

One private brief per creator, in their language, with the offer, the deliverables, the dates and what the brand may do with the content. They answer from a link.

  4. 04

    Create

The room, the product, the programme and the content corner are ready before anyone arrives. Creators make what they make best; we make sure the brand is in the frame.

  5. 05

    Amplify

Reposts, Stories, the recap reel, the press note, and paid behind the posts that earned it. Earned and paid, timed together.

  6. 06

    Report

Reach, engagement, sentiment, coverage by tier, and what it cost per thousand people who now know you. In Nexus, and in one page you can forward.
