Are you actually profitable?
Real formulas, not a guess — enter your numbers and see your margins, break-even point, and whether your marketing is making or losing you money. Examples below use a clothing brand, but the math works for any product.
Revenue & costs
Total sales this month, before any costs. E.g. a streetwear brand that sold $18,000 of hoodies and tees in June.
Direct cost to deliver what you sold — materials, production, fulfillment. Not rent or salaries. E.g. fabric, printing, stitching and packaging for those hoodies — often $8–15 per unit.
Rent, salaries, software, insurance — costs that don't move with sales volume. E.g. studio rent, your designer's salary, your Shopify subscription.
Everything spent on paid acquisition this month. E.g. Instagram and TikTok ads running behind a new drop.
Customer economics
Optional — unlocks acquisition-cost and lifetime-value analysis below.
How many new customers you acquired. E.g. 240 first-time buyers of the new collection.
Average revenue per customer, per purchase. E.g. $65 for a typical two-item order — a tee and a cap.
Leave blank if most customers buy once. E.g. 3, if a regular restocks basics three times a year.
How long a customer keeps buying, on average. E.g. 2 years before they drift to another brand.
